Order Processing & Backorders:
Orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Then add on the days for whichever shipping you choose. Ground service is not guaranteed however 2 Day Air and Over Night are guaranteed for delivery date (with exception of weekends).
If you need your order sooner please contact me via 954-801-6536 ASAP. Due to the demand of our product from time to time our items do go on backorder. You will be notified via email that your items are on backorder.
Return and Exchange Policy: We have a no refund policy once you place your order either by phone or website. Exchanges only within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No refunds will be given and store credits will be issued. We honor all manufacture defects. Cracked glass is not a manufacture defect.
Backorders: In the rare event that product availability changes before we have an opportunity to update our website, there is a possibility that some products may be unavailable. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, but if we cannot, we will promptly contact you via email or by phone to offer you an alternative product.
1. The pendants should not get wet. No showering or swimming with your locket. Pendants are delicate and not water resistant.
2. Perfume should not be sprayed directly on the pendants.
3. Please hold pendant carefully. If pendant drops the glass will break and that will not be considered as a manufactured defect.
4. If you need to change or add any charms, then you can contact your authorized What Is In Your Heart representitive.
5. When moving charms or adding charms check the charms to make sure they are all facing up and are laying flat before you close the pendant. The birthstones should be facing flat part up and point to the back. Just like a diamond ring.
6. When you close the pendant, please press on the metal, not the glass. It must close completley.

If you prefer, you may return your unworn or unused purchase in its original condition within 7 days of the shipment date and exchange it for another item. It must have all original tags and/or packaging (including manufacturer tag, label, and/or box) or your return will not be accepted. There is a 10% re-stocking fee. Please provide us with your order number and the style number(s) of the new item(s) you would like for an exchange. A re-stocking fee does not apply if it is an even exchange or if you purchase more than the returned amount. Your exchange must be sent in appropriate packaging and received by us within 10 days. We are not responsible for items that are not received by us. Contact us by email with your order number and reason for exchange. Provide us with the description and item number that you would like in exchange. We are not responsible for items that are not received by us. Your exchange must received by us within 10 days from when your return authorization number was issued. Shipping cost is not refundable. Please allow 10-14 business days for exchanges. Due to sanitary concerns, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on earrings. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns due to excessive patterns in returning or exchanging merchandise.
